When will my order ship?

Standard handling and processing time for orders is 2-5 business days. We usually pack most orders within 3 business day and we guarantee that the items will be shipped out in 2-5 days.

How will I know where are my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notifying you and allowing you to see its shipment status all the time. You can also send us inquiries anytime.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time depends on the destination, your chosen shipping method and other factors. For specific logistics time, please communicate with customer service ([email protected]).

In the event of a defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair the product. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or improper handling. Also, this warranty is null and void if modification or maintenance is provided by someone other than VictOptics. This warranty is non-transferable. Your VictOptics brand product is warranted of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the time of purchase by the original purchaser. Batteries are not covered under warranty.
