Can you use a magnifier with a prism scope?
Yes, since this 4X32 prism scope already has a fixed magnification of 4x, which work well for 100-500 yards, a magnifier is not really necessary. However, if you want more magnification you can mount magnifier with it.
Is a prism scope better than a red dot?
Prism scopes do have something superior to a red dot, like magnification, various types of reticle, better image quality, more friendly to astigmatism, and it can work even if the power runs out. However, if you care more about the compact size, light weight, free eye relief, stronger reticle brightness and long battery life, and you only need close range shooting(15-150yards), a red dot sight is more ideal for you.
