FAQ
❓Why Choose the Victoptics S4 4-16x44IR SFP Airgun Scope for Precision Airgun Shooting?
The S4 combines 4-16x magnification, a VOR-7 MIL SFP reticle, BDC ranging marks, side focus, and illuminated reticle control in one versatile airgun scope. Its combination of optical clarity, precise adjustments, and practical features makes it suitable for shooters who need flexible aiming across different distances.
❓What Is the Advantage of a Second Focal Plane Reticle on an Airgun Scope?
A Second Focal Plane (SFP) reticle remains visually consistent as magnification changes, making the aiming point easy to view throughout the 4-16x range. This can be useful when the shooter primarily relies on the reticle for aiming rather than requiring subtensions to scale with magnification.
❓When Should I Use the 6-Level Reticle Illumination?
The six illumination levels can be adjusted according to the brightness of the target background and surrounding conditions. The on/off switch also allows the illumination to be disabled when additional reticle brightness is unnecessary.
❓Can the S4 4-16x44IR Be Used on Different Airgun Setups?
The scope uses a standard 30mm tube and can be paired with a compatible 30mm scope mount. The appropriate mounting system should be selected according to the airgun’s rail type and mounting requirements.
